RinseLead is operated by RinseLead. We provide high-precision email verification and outreach management services. For all privacy matters, you may contact us at support@rinselead.com.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: • Account information (name, email, company). • Email addresses you upload for verification. • Usage data and analytics (pages visited, features used). • Payment metadata (processed by Dodo Payments — we do not store card details).
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: • Provide and improve the RinseLead service. • Process verification jobs and campaign operations. • Send transactional emails (receipts, verification results). • Comply with legal obligations under applicable law.
4. Data Minimization & Purging
RinseLead is built on a "rinse and purge" principle. Uploaded CSV data used for verification is not retained beyond the job lifecycle. Verified results are stored only as long as your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable data is purged within 30 days.
5. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing is: • Contractual necessity (providing the service you signed up for). • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention). • Consent (where explicitly obtained, e.g., marketing emails).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"). • Port your data to another service. • Object to certain processing. 7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Verification batch data is purged after job completion or account termination, whichever comes first.
8. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third parties to operate the service: • Supabase (database & authentication) — Gujarat, India servers. • Dodo Payments (payment processing). • Google / Microsoft OAuth (optional login).
9. Cookies
RinseLead uses strictly necessary cookies for session management. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification.
