1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RinseLead ("the Service"), operated by RinseLead, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RinseLead provides email address verification, list hygiene, and outreach campaign management tools. Features are subject to change as the product evolves.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use RinseLead to: • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to verified addresses. • Verify email addresses for illegal, harassing, or abusive purposes. • Circumvent credit limits or exploit system vulnerabilities. • Resell or sub-license the Service without written authorization. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Billing, Credits & Refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Credits are digital consumables that are depleted upon use. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not carried forward, except where explicitly stated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for unused days. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time paid subscriptions subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at rinselead.com/refund-policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The RinseLead name, logo, software, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of RinseLead. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using the Service, you grant RinseLead a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to deliver the requested verification results. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RinseLead does not guarantee 100% accuracy of verification results. To the maximum extent permitted by Gujarat, India law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access is revoked and your data will be purged within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
